Update!

So I have been happily using my media PC for almost a year now, serving up internets and playing movies. There is one big problem with it though: it only has vga and s-video output. My TV only has DVI input and s-video, which means that I have been suffering though the horrible quality that is s-video spread out on a 55" TV. I was looking into buying a DVI graphics card, but have discovered a better solution.

I am planning to build myself a new gaming rig (I'll make a project for it eventually) based around a miniITX motherboard. The only problem that poses is that I will no longer have a computer to house my capture card. So the solution I came up with is this: Build a new media PC that has DVI output and a PCIexpress slot for my capture card. I found this motherboard that would fit the bill perfectly.

Currently I am trying to sell my old media PC to offset the cost of this new one. I will post some pictures and such once I get the new one built. Stay tuned!
